Machined on Computerized Numerically Controlled Machines.
Blades are thru hardened. To ensure proper edge retention and wear resistance the blades are perfectly balanced between "Toughness" and "Hardness". ATLAS has ISO certified heat treatment unit having atmosphere controlled furnaces with complete automatic controls & process recording. Manufactured as per machine requirement with different cutting edge like Radial, Steep Angle, Reverse Bevel & Hooked Quick set-up is ensured by maintaining high accuracy & stringent tolerance of dimensions. |
